Product Information
Organicure offers hair care products designed to support healthy hair and scalp care. While we aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, slight differences in packaging or appearance may occur.
Our products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and ensuring they are suitable for their personal use.
Payment Policy
We offer several secure payment options to make purchasing easy and convenient.
Accepted payment methods include:
• Cash on Delivery (within Accra)
• Mobile Money payments
• Credit and Debit Card payments
Credit and debit card transactions are processed through secure third party payment providers to ensure the safety of your financial information.
Organicure does not store or have access to your card details.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Products ordered through the Organicure website can be delivered within Ghana and internationally.
Customers may request delivery to a different address from their billing address during checkout, as long as the address is within our supported delivery zones.
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon are usually processed and handed to our shipping partner the same day.
Estimated delivery times are:
• Within Ghana: approximately 2 working days
• International Express Shipping: 7 – 15 working days
• International Standard Shipping: 21 – 30 working days
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Although we aim to meet the delivery times listed above, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed because shipments are handled by third party courier services. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, payment authorization, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be redirected to another address.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on several factors, including:
• Delivery destination
• Weight and size of the order
• Shipping method selected

Taxes and Duties

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The product must be in the same condition it was received
• Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, some opened or used cosmetic products may not qualify for return unless the product is defective.
How to Return an Item

Carefully package the item in its original packaging.
Include your purchase receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will begin the refund process.
Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used during purchase.
• Credit or Debit Card Payments: Refunds are sent to the issuing bank within approximately 5 business days after the return is processed.
• Mobile Money Payments: Refunds are processed back to the original mobile wallet where possible.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund arrangements will be communicated directly to the customer.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
